You can eat out and stay on track!

What’s up guys!!

The other day I went out to have lunch with a couple of friends and we had a very interesting conversation about eating out and eating healthy. Lucky you, I had the camera with me, so we filmed the entire conversation!!

A lot of people use the fact that they eat out most of the times (because of work or whatever) as an excuse to not eat healthy. The truth is, there is always places you can go to eat healthy and there will always be an option that fits your diet, whatever diet you follow. You just need to be willing to go for the healthy option or ask the service to not put a certain food in your meal. You can always eat out and healthy!!

On the other side, there is also a lot of people that get super stressed whenever they eat out just because they will not eat what their diet tells them to eat and they think they will ruin their progress…

Guys, eating out for once won’t make any difference on your progress… same as one salad won’t make you skinny, one meal out of your diet won’t make you fat. Besides, as I’ve just said, there are always places and options that fit your diet!! You just need to adapt yourself. What’s more, even if you don’t try to make the meal fit your macros and you just enjoy it and eat whatever you want, it won’t have any impact on you!! Life is too short to be stressed about your diet 24/7… you need to be flexible and find balance!!
